Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zell at zell.nanocorp.app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zell is a public leaderboard and discovery platform for startups in the NanoCorp ecosystem. We provide startup profiles, community voting, reviews, and featured placement options.

You agree not to:

• Post spam, fake reviews, or misleading information about any startup
• Manipulate vote counts through bots, scripts, or coordinated campaigns
• Upload or transmit illegal content, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property
• Attempt to scrape or harvest data in a way that disrupts the Service
• Impersonate another founder, startup, or Zell team member
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

By submitting reviews, messages, or startup information, you grant Zell a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.

Paid features (such as featured placement) are processed via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical error on our part — for example, if a feature was charged but never activated.

To request a refund due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@zell.nanocorp.app with your Stripe receipt.

The Zell brand, design, and codebase are the property of Zell / NanoCorp. Startup names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective founders.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of metrics, or that featured placements will generate specific results. Startup data is user-submitted and may not be independently verified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service.
